Q. Will my website be backed up?
A. Yes, we back up all our sites every day and we keep the backups for 7 days.

Q. Does Lymm Hosting own it’s own servers?
A. No we don’t. We rent our servers from a well respected UK market leader.

Q. Will my website have a secure SSL padlock?
A. Yes.

Q. Do you offer / provide email accounts?
A. No, not at this time.

Q. If somebody sends me a message using the contact us page, how will I know?
A. Messages from your contact us page will be sent to your email address.

Q. Can I have a shopping cart on my website?
A. We do not offer shopping cart functionality yet, but we will be making it available soon.
